This barbecue smoker project is probably my favorite to date! If you have been following us for a while you may have noticed we have posted a few of these smoker projects over the years. I wanted to share this one because it uses other materials to add to the smoking process and flavorings.
As you can see in the photos they have a box that is placed on top of the ceramic flower pot to place in fish or meat. This box and the wooden trim around the pot is made from reclaimed pallets. (remember to use HT – heat treated pallets only)
